Planscapes Town Planning Consultancy has been in business for over 30 years and is operated by Kerry Rourke, a town planner with almost 40 years experience in local government and private practice, in a number of regions in New South Wales.
Extensive experience has included both commercial, industrial, subdivision and residential development land uses but the main focus of operation now is to assist people with residential development on land that they intend to live on.
